1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Trillion Equity LLC (“Trillion Equity,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using www.trillionequity.com, the Trillion Equity App, investor portal, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Platform Purpose
Trillion Equity LLC operates a private, invitation-only platform designed to allow approved users to review and participate in private real estate-related opportunities, including:
- Construction opportunities
- Land opportunities
- Builder Capital Partnership opportunities
- Rental property opportunities
The Platform is intended solely for informational, administrative, investment management, and investor communication purposes.
3. No Investment, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes:
- Investment advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Financial planning advice
- A recommendation to buy or sell any security, investment, or asset
Users should consult their own attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and tax professionals before making any investment decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Access to the Platform may be limited to invited, approved, accredited, sophisticated, or otherwise qualified investors as determined by Trillion Equity LLC.
5. Investor Responsibilities
You agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- You will immediately notify us of unauthorized use of your account.
6. Investment Risks
All investments involve substantial risk.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Returns are not guaranteed.
- Estimated ROI is only a projection.
- Project timelines may change.
- Construction costs may increase.
- Rental income may be lower than projected.
- Property values may decline.
- Liquidity may be limited.
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Participation Units and Ownership Interests
Participation Units, profit-sharing interests, ownership interests, membership interests, and other investment interests are governed solely by the applicable offering documents, subscription agreements, operating agreements, and related legal documents.
Nothing on the Platform shall be interpreted as creating ownership rights except as specifically provided in executed legal agreements.
8. Escrow and Third-Party Service Providers
Investment funds may be handled through designated attorneys, escrow agents, banks, financial institutions, or third-party service providers.
Trillion Equity LLC does not guarantee the performance of third-party providers and shall not be liable for their actions or omissions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, trademarks, graphics, designs, text, images, and materials on the Platform are the property of Trillion Equity LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including:
- Breezedoc
- Postmark
- Property management systems
- Escrow providers
- Document-signing providers
- Mapping providers
- Analytics providers
We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Trillion Equity LLC makes no warranties regarding:
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Performance
- Investment outcomes
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trillion Equity LLC shall not be liable for:
- Investment losses
- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Business interruption
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time and for any reason.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
